The kids snuggled up in Connor’s bed to look at a book at bed time last night. Grace asked today if she can sleep with Connor tonight because she loves him. We all slept till 8 today. I had the energy to get out of bed as soon as Grace got up. Grace has had a great year at preschool (tomorrow is her last day) and had a great teacher. I’ve been slacking on the Thursday Thanks again. Today, instead of a list of random things, I am thankful for my whole day. Why? Because I went out with all three kids all day without a car and didn’t want to strangle any of them. We left about 10 a.m. for the library. Grace rode Connor’s trike (her bike is out of commission momentarily) and I pushed the other two in the double stroller. Grace made it there without any fuss. My best friend spent the night and watched my kids this morning so I could go to a social media event. She even folded some laundry and emptied the dishwasher. I had a scrumptious chocolate croissant at Urban Bean Coffee in Minneapolis this morning. It’s not snowing. Yet. *ahem* I played Pretty Pretty Princess with my little boy yesterday.

I’m thankful that I got meters with time on them TWICE this week, I got my to-do list done, I got to do a little bit of scrapbooking this week and I’m getting babysitter recommendations from a trusted source tomorrow.
