I learned that I can cook and bake and even enjoy it; I just need to take the time to plan for it.
I learned that Ellie can wear a cloth diaper all night without any leakage.
I learned to make ice cream from snow. It tastes good but the texture is a little crystally, like a mix between snow cone and ice cream.
I learned that my credit card company now cuts you off if your payment is late.
I learned that Connor is good at emptying the dishwasher and can put all the silverware and kid dishes in their proper places.
I learned how to upload video from my new camcorder to the computer and post it on my blog.

yummo!! I want some of that lasagna!!! Or at least the recipe. I’m glad you found the cooking/baking enjoyable. Hubby is always after me when I bake or cook that I make such a big mess and dirty sooo many dishes, so let him cook if he’s so good at it I say!!

9 noodles was not enough though. I had a big part that was top-noodleless. I’d use 11.
And one package of spinach was plenty.
Crazy! I saw that recipe the other day and saved it to my recipe box to try later. I am glad you found that you like to cook so let me revise my Christmas present to you. Instead of me cooking everything for you, we can prepare some freezer meals together sometime if you would prefer to learn more recipes.
OMG, that lasagna looks amazing!!!!!!! Great news about Connor and the dishwasher – love that!
I’m so glad that you did your own post!
And ouch on the credit card. Especially if it’s a first infraction. Stuff happens, and sometimes things fall through the cracks. If you’re making a habit it’s one thing, but if you make a mistake one time that seems a little harsh.
which recipe for the snow ice cream did you use? I want to make it this weekend!
